It was a busy winter for Wings of Faith as our team took to the road to deliver 13,000 pounds of blessings to Native American Reservations. As much as our pilots love to fly, when the weather prevents them from getting airborne, they then take to the highways.
The need is great and the Lord continues to provide a variety of resources for our volunteers to transport. This recently included:
- 700 lbs. of Bibles, coloring books, used computers and batteries
- 700 lbs. of blankets
- 700 lbs. of fresh fruit
- 800 lbs. of used cardboard
- 1,000 lbs. of sewing supplies
- 1,100 lbs. of cooking oil
- 1,100 lbs. of popcorn and snack bars
- 2,000 lbs. of flour
- Books, Bibles, Sunday School supplies
- More than a ton of clothing
Deliveries include Reservations in/near San Carlos, Cibecue, Whiteriver, Show Low, Gallup, Ganado, Holbrook, Redding, Big Pine, Albuquerque, Bishop and more. Praise God!
