One of our missionaries, Pastor Wayne, has been faithfully serving a small Apache community in the remote location of Cibecue, Arizona for the past 36 years. Currently he is without a personal vehicle as his vehicle’s engine died on him months ago and now he is struggling to find a vehicle that will allow him to continue his much needed work. Wings of Faith (WOF) Ministries attempted to procure another used engine for his vehicle, but we were met with several difficulties in dealing with the engine company.
With this in mind, we’re prayerfully asking if any of you may be able to help out Pastor Wayne. Pastor Wayne’s ability to continue to spread the gospel and minister to the people in his community relies on him being able to get to them. This is where a vehicle comes into play in helping further the gospel for His name sake. In addition, Pastor Wayne routinely makes numerous house-calls and transports goods and supplies to those in need. We want to help Pastor Wayne faithfully continue to do that for years to come.
Do you or anyone you know have a serviceable vehicle they do not use anymore and would be willing to donate to Pastor Wayne’s ministry? Pastor Wayne will be thankful for any dependable vehicle, but a 4-wheel drive vehicle would be preferred if possible. This is due to the rugged environment in which he lives and drives every day (snow, rough roads, hilly) on the reservation.
If you can help in this urgent need, please let us know. You can contact either Jeff Gasteiger or Konrad Winderl regarding this. Any vehicle donations will also be tax deductible and a form for this will be sent to you. God bless you and be safe.
